The Advertisers’ Association of Nigeria (ADVAN) has announced the deadline for submission of entries for the much anticipated ADVAN Africa Awards for Marketing Excellence coming up on February 22, 2025.
A release from the association urges brand custodians to submit their entries for the awards at www.advanawardsng.com before January 31, 2025.
The release states: “Get ready for the most anticipated marketing awards event of the year – The ADVAN Awards for Marketing Excellence 2024! Join us on February 22, 2025, as we celebrate innovative marketing strategies, creative campaigns, and outstanding successes.
“Think you have what it takes to win? Showcase your exceptional marketing campaigns and compete for coveted titles.”
According to the association, the heart of the 2024 edition of the awards is to acknowledge and reward marketing professionals that have made outstanding contributions to the profession.
The categories to be awarded this year are Campaign of the Year, Brand of the Year, New Brand/Brand Extension/Revitalization, Consumer Promotion and Digital & Social Media Marketing.
Other categories include CSR, Experiential Marketing, Innovation, Indigenous Brand of the Year, Public Relations/Corporate Communications Campaign of the Year and Public Sector Marketing.
People’s Brand, Outstanding Marketing Professional of the Year, Brand Manager of the Year, Future Leader of Marketing and Brand Journalist of the Year are among the awards.
The association requests marketers to create the right perception of their brands as leaders in marketing excellence through the various sponsorship and partnership opportunities for the event. It also advises marketers to involve their agencies to assist in the submission of entries to ensure they meet the deadline.
