BrandXchange, the organizers of the Consumers Value Awards (CVA) 2025, has extended the nomination period for the awards to May 30, 2025.
According to the organises, the extension offers more opportunity for brands, organizations and consumers to participate in one of Nigeria’s most credible consumer-centered recognition platforms.
The theme for the 2025 edition – “Beyond Prices – Consumer Trust, Digital Experience and Accountability” – reflects the evolving expectations of consumers in the country. It highlights the need for brands to go beyond pricing strategies and focus on building deeper trust, offering seamless digital engagement, and demonstrating corporate responsibility across every touch point.
“In today’s dynamic consumer landscape, price alone is no longer the sole driver of loyalty,” said Akonte Ekine, convener CVA.
According to him, consumers are demanding more transparency, a stronger digital experience, and measurable accountability from the brands they interact with. This year’s theme reinforces CVA’s commitment to spotlighting brands that meet and exceed these expectations.
Consumers, industry stakeholders, and the general public are encouraged to submit nominations for brands that have demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction, digital innovation, and ethical practices.
The CVA 2025 Awards Ceremony will be held in September this year, bringing together leading voices in the consumer, marketing, and business sectors to celebrate achievements and set new benchmarks for consumer value delivery.
Now in its fourth edition, the CVA continues to champion excellence, transparency, and value in the marketplace by recognizing brands that deliver outstanding consumer satisfaction and uphold ethical standards.
